Personal Favorite
These are beers that leave a lasting impression on me,
beers i can name when i think of my favorites of all-time...while good
beer is all around, "five pitcher" beers are rare and special...these
are my most highly recommended selections for all drinkers of the finest
nectars...
These beers are super good and stand out amongst
others...i probably get this beer from the store fairly often or at
least wish i could...Super appearance, super smell and super flavor will
define the beer gettin' "four pitchers"...
Yeah, I Like It
Good, dependable, drinkable beer...every time i have one of these, there's usually a smile close following...these beers find there way into my rotation from time to time and are recommended for your experimentation...while they may not dominate some, they should be enjoyed...
Once Was Enough
Not So Good
These beers are not so good...think, "i bought it, so i'll drink it, but i'm not too happy about it"...these are beers that force me to drink a subsequent beer just to get a new flavor in my mouth...i wouldn't even try this again if it was a gift...
Currently Scraping My Tongue With A Spoon
This
is the worst ranking i have...i don't come across too many beers that
fit this ranking, but i have it just in case i do...think skunky natty
light...not cold, refreshing natty light, but skunky, warm natty
light...something probably not worth drinking, let alone buying...
I've also added a one through five point value for each category which i've summed up below the pitchers...here is how the final score value is calculated:
1.18 x Appearance Score
2.28 x Smell Score
3.33 x Taste Score
2.21 x Mouthfeel Score
1 x Overall
Then, i add those figures and divide by 10
Example:
(3.5x1.18) + (3x2.28) + (3.5x3.33) + (3x2.1) + (3.5x1)/10 = 3.28 /5
