Black with a dark khaki head…if poured right, there is substantial
head…tons of tiny bubbles up there…looks good! (4.5/5)
Smell: Coffee
and chocolate dominant…roasted malts mixed in there as well…a very pleasant
smelling beer…(4/5)
Taste: Deep
Chocolate, coffee, roasted malts…there’s a dark fruit sweetness about this as
well…flavor from beginning to end…balanced all around…(4/5)
Mouthfeel: Nice
and fluffy carbonation forming a creamy chocolate bit of deliciousness…smooth
and flavorful, there is a bit of a coffee aftertaste…(4/5)
Overall: I
really enjoy this beer…the flavor is impeccable…chocolate, coffee, creamy,
sweet, roasted malt…it’s strong but not alcoholly…tons of flavor…it’s the
perfect “just got home from work, I want a beer” beer…highly recommended…(4/5)
